工作签证（Z字签证）颁发对象和所需材料是什么？

　　（2）外国专家局签发的《外国专家来华工作许可证》或《外国人工作许可通知》；

　　（3）工商行政管理部门签发的《外国（地区）企业常驻代表机构登记证明》；

　　（4）文化行政主管部门签发的营业性文艺演出批件（只适用于来华进行营业性演出的申请人）；演出期限不超过90日的，还需提供《外国人在中国短期工作证明》，且申请人须在《外国人在中国短期工作证明》上注明的起始日期前申请签证，演出时间不能超过《外国人在中国短期工作证明》所注期限；

　　（5）中国海洋石油总公司签发的《外国人在中华人民共和国从事海上石油作业邀请信》；

　　请注意持证人入境中国后须在30日内向拟居留地县级以上地方人民政府公安机关出入境管理机构申请办理居留证件，但停留期为30日且签证上标注“工作时间不得超出工作证明所注期限”的除外x b a i x i n g c o m。

3. Certificate of legal stay or residence (applicable to applicants who are not in the country of nationality): if you are not applying for a visa in the country of nationality, you should provide the original and photocopy of valid certificate of legal stay, residence, work or study or valid visa in the country where you are located.

4. Original Chinese passport or original Chinese visa (applicable to those who have Chinese nationality and become a naturalized foreign nationality) : if you are applying for a Chinese visa for the first time, you must provide the original Chinese passport and a copy of the passport photo information page; If you have ever obtained a Chinese visa and applied for a visa with a newly issued foreign passport, you must provide the photo information page of the original foreign passport and a copy of the Chinese visa you have obtained.

5. One of the following materials

(1) employment license for foreigners issued by human resources and social security departments; If the working period does not exceed 90 days, the applicant shall also provide the certificate of short-term working for foreigners in China, and the applicant shall apply for the visa before the starting date indicated in the certificate of short-term working for foreigners in China, and the working time shall not exceed the period indicated in the certificate of short-term working for foreigners in China;

(3) registration certificate of permanent representative offices of foreign (regional) enterprises issued by the administrative department for industry and commerce;

(4) approval documents for commercial artistic performances issued by the competent cultural administrative departments (applicable to applicants for commercial performances in China only); If the performance period does not exceed 90 days, the applicant shall also provide the certificate of short-term work for foreigners in China, and the applicant shall apply for a visa before the starting date indicated in the certificate of short-term work for foreigners in China, and the performance time shall not exceed the period indicated in the certificate of short-term work for foreigners in China;

(5) invitation letter for foreigners to engage in offshore oil operations in the People's Republic of China issued by China national offshore oil corporation;[please note] the holder shall, within 30 days after entering China, apply to the exit and entry administration authority of the public security organ of the local people's government at or above the county level for a residence permit, except that the duration of stay is 30 days and the working hours on the visa shall not exceed the period indicated in the work certificate.
